1. Acceptance of Terms

The minimum age to use this service is 18 years, or the legal age of adulthood applicable in your jurisdiction. Users who do not meet this age requirement are not permitted to register or conduct transactions on this platform.
apintoto reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated through the platform and will take effect from the date specified. Continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on apintoto. Creating multiple accounts or accounts in someone else's name is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or permanent closure without prior notice.
At the time of registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. Invalid or misleading information may result in transaction rejection or account closure. Identity verification using official documents such as a National Identity Card (KTP) may be required before an account can be fully used, including for withdrawals.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password confidential and your account secure. apintoto is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to an account caused by the user's failure to protect their login credentials. Please report to the support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
3. User Obligations & Responsibilities
Users must use the apintoto service in accordance with applicable terms and not for any purpose that is unlawful or harmful to others. You agree not to take any action that could damage, disrupt, or overload the platform's technical infrastructure, including attempted unauthorized access, system manipulation, or the use of unauthorized automated software.
Any attempt at fraud, collusion, money laundering, or exploitation of system vulnerabilities is a serious violation that may result in balance freezing, account closure, and reporting to the relevant authorities. apintoto reserves the right to withhold payments and conduct internal investigations if there are indications of suspicious activity.
Users are also responsible for all transactions carried out from their accounts, including deposits, bets, and withdrawals. Ensuring that the payment methods used are registered in the user's own name is a non-transferable obligation.
4. Payments & Transactions (IDR)
All transactions on the apintoto platform are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposits can be made via a variety of local payment methods, including bank transfers (BCA, Mandiri, BRI, BNI) and digital wallets (GoPay, OVO, Dana). Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits may vary depending on the selected method and are subject to change at any time in accordance with platform policy.
Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered under the same name as the apintoto account. A mismatch between the account name and the account data may result in delays or rejection of the withdrawal until additional verification is completed. apintoto is not responsible for delays caused by third parties such as banks or digital wallet providers.
Any chargeback attempt, unilateral transaction reversal, or unauthorized claim through a financial institution may result in account suspension and further investigation. Users are advised to contact apintoto customer support first to resolve transaction disputes before taking any other action.
5. Limitation of Liability & Account Policy
apintoto provides the platform on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantees regarding uninterrupted service availability or freedom from technical errors. To the extent permitted by applicable law, apintoto is not liable for indirect losses, loss of profits, or damages arising from the use of or inability to use the service.
apintoto reserves the right to suspend or close the account of any user who violates these terms, displays fraudulent behavior, or upon request by competent authorities. In cases of account closure due to a violation, the remaining balance may be held as part of the investigation process. If an account is closed at the user's own initiative without any violation, the remaining balance may be disbursed after the standard verification process is completed.
The platform is also not responsible for content provided by third parties that may be accessible through links or integrations within the platform. Users who access such third-party links do so at their own risk and are subject to the terms of those respective third parties.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the apintoto platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, user interfaces, and software, is the property of apintoto or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright law. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use such content for commercial purposes without written permission from apintoto.
6. Governing Law & Terms Updates
These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where apintoto operates. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms will be resolved through the dispute resolution mechanism established by apintoto, including mediation or arbitration before litigation is pursued.
apintoto reserves the right to update these terms at any time without specific notice other than an announcement on the platform. The latest version of these terms is always available on this page. The date of the last update will be noted at the top of the document for users' reference.
